Jo is a Toronto artist, fashion designer, podcaster, & occasional comic creator working in a variety of digital and traditional mediums making work about her own spiritual journey, the journey’s of others through folktales & myths, & nerding out on physics and metaphysics. She has illustrated a number of folktales and is known for bringing beautiful attention to fashion and design in her art along with sensitivity & unique insights into work that builds on these themes. Her personal work explores these things from a feminist perspective.
When she isn’t creating something artistic, she’s growing food or flowers, or foraging food & flowers.

I was excited to participate in the project as I only just recently self-diagnosed and listening to #actuallyautistic people describe themselves in their own words was key. It is such a spectrum and I wanted to share my own version of it with others so they too can find community & understanding.
